Enjoy a Taste of Italy Near The Sinclair at Tortello

Food tastes better when it’s made with love, and you can taste the difference in every dish from Chicago’s very own Tortello. This new Italian eatery, which just opened in July, features dishes from chef Dario Monni. Monni was born and raised in Italy, learning how to cook from his family with farm fresh ingredients. He spent his adulthood traveling the world perfecting not only handmade pasta, but how to best pair it with wines and other spirits. Now he’s settled in Chicago with his family, where he can often be found at Tortello just to mingle with his guests and share the love for Italian recipes.

For a dine-in experience, you can’t go wrong with the tortelli filled with burrata, and topped with sage and toasted hazelnuts. Pair it with a glass of house prosecco, or bring your own beverage for a small corkage fee. If you’re looking for a night at home there’s take out options, like Lasagna Bolognese, Cannelloni, or you can buy fresh pasta to take home and cook yourself. They also offer kids’ menus and seasonal options to choose from.
